We help to keep people safe and well, living in their own homes.

Six keys to keeping safe and well at home
Attending to the six areas below can help you stay independent, safe and well. They all sound quite simple, but as we get older they tend to become a little more challenging and a lot more important.
Sleep helps you to fight illness and stay active. Good sleep reduces your chance of a fall, as well as improving your mood and energy level.
Nutrition and particularly hydration are key to health and wellbeing. Being properly hydrated reduces the likelihood of you being admitted to hospital, having a fall or suffering an infection.
Safety is very important as we get older and falls are a particular risk. Ensuring that help is not too long coming in the event of an accident is a key precaution to take to help maintain your independence.
Activities such as getting out regularly, exercising and moving around whilst at home are very beneficial to everyone, young and old.
Health – spotting health problems as early as possible makes treatment far simpler and less disruptive than if they are not noticed till later.
Medications – if you are taking any medications, they will be most effective if you take them exactly as prescribed. This can be quite challenging if there are several different medications to remember.
How can we help?

We can help in all six areas, or just one or two, depending on your needs and preferences. You can add or remove services at any time.
Supporting your independence
Our service is designed to support independent living in a way that suits you. We will discuss and agree the areas which might be most beneficial to you.
We will provide you with some leading health and wellness products that can automatically measure things like your sleep quality and hydration. They are fully certified, high quality products used by thousands of people in UK and around the world.

We can then let you know whenever there is anything we could help you with. Perhaps your sleep quality could be better or perhaps there are early signs of a possible illness that we should get checked out.
You don’t need to do anything at all. There’s nothing to remember and no buttons to press.
It’s a simple way to help you stay safe and well, so that you can get on with the things that you enjoy the most.
How Amba works
Amba automatically gathers information from a small number of standard health, wellbeing and safety products. Sleep quality, hydration, heart rate, use of appliances – simple information that can help with health, wellbeing and safety.
We set up each Amba system using the health, wellbeing and safety products that best suit the particular needs of each service user. When it arrives, it’s ready to go, straight out of the box. A care professional or an Amba representative can set it up in a matter of minutes.
